At My Tribe, we offer circuit based fitness classes and Personal Training for all women at every stage of life. We believe that exercise should be accessible to all and make you feel amazing - even on 2 hours sleep.
Our body changes at various stages of life and your exercise should evolve with it. Our programmes are tailored to each stage whether you are pregnant, postnatal or reaching menopause. You can be sure that you will receive a fun, safe and effective workout that is right for YOUR body whilst promoting strength and stability.
My Tribe is so much more than an exercise class. This is a collection of women who will spur each other on, who will applaud each other for holding that first 30 second plank and who will lend an ear to chat about a sleepless night. And if you come to a daytime class you can even bring your little ones with you.
